施锦 1976年12月生，江苏淮安人，理学博士，淮阴师范学院物理与电子电气工程学院副教授。

研究方向：量子光学与量子信息

主要经历：

2005年6月毕业于苏州大学，获得理学硕士学位。

2013年6月毕业于南京大学，获得理学博士学位。

2015年7月晋升副教授职称。
