张佳 1985年12月20日生，河北石家庄人，工学博士，淮阴师范学院物理与电子电气工程学院教授。江苏省“333人才工程”第三层次培养对象，淮安市第二期“533英才工程”学术技术拔尖人才培养对象。主持江苏省自然科学青年基金项目、国家自然科学青年基金项目各一项。发表SCI科研学术论文100余篇，已被引用2300余次，H指示为25。指导学生获第十六届“挑战杯”竞赛国家三等奖1项、江苏省“团队优秀毕业论文”1项。
研究方向：稀土离子掺杂的发光材料制备与发光性质研究

2013年6月毕业于兰州大学，获得工学博士学位。
2013年7月于淮阴师范学院工作。

2018年11月至2019年11月为香港中文大学物理系访问学者。
2021年7月晋升教授职称。
