黄磊 1983年1月生，江苏常州人，工学博士，淮阴师范学院计算机科学与技术学院副教授。2020年入选江苏省科技厅科技副总。目前已在Signal Image & Video Processing、Circuits Systems Signal Processing和International Journal of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science等期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文6篇，授权发明专利1项。主持江苏省高校自然科学研究面上研究项目一项，江苏省科学技术厅2020年度产学研合作项目一项。

研究方向：深度学习、信号处理、视频处理

主要经历：

2005年6月毕业于淮阴师范学院计算机科学与技术学院，获得工学学士学位。

2005年9月-2013年7月就职于重庆机电职业技术学院嘉陵校区，从事教学工作。

2012年9月毕业于重庆大学大数据与软件学院，获得工学硕士学位。

2017年12月毕业于重庆大学自动化学院，获得工学博士学位。
