个人简介：周凯杰，1985年10月生，江苏沭阳人，工学博士，淮阴师范学院物理与电子电气工程学院副教授。先后在《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》、《IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics, Communications and Computer Sciences》、《IEEE sensors》、《Ksii Transactions on Internet & Information》、《Advanced Materials Research》、《淮阴师范学院学报》、《信息通信》等期刊发表论文十余篇，其中SCI、EI收录6项，撰写专著1部。先后主持江苏省产学研项目2项，淮安市科技支撑项目2项，参与国防科技创新特区专项1项，指导大学生创新实践项目5项，2019年入选江苏省高层次创新人才引进计划“科技副总”。

研究方向：主要包括无人机射频指纹识别（UAV RFFI）、特定辐射源识别技术，以及基于深度学习的智能信号处理方法。
